We are excited for the 37th Educational Conference and Trade Show on November 12, 2025, at the Aria in Prospect CT!

Substitutions:
Substitutions are permitted PRIOR TO November 7, 2025. Please email the change to Adriana Manning at amanning@cahcf.org; however, after November 7, 2025 the changes will be made onsite. 

Our Survey Guarantee:
If your facility is "in survey" at the time of the Educational Conference & Trade Show and you cannot attend, we shall gladly refund the registration fee for you and your staff.
