Substitutions are permitted PRIOR TO October 27th, please email the change to Adriana Manning at amanning@cahcf.org however, after October 27th the changes will be made onsite.

If your facility is "in survey" at the time of the Educational Conference & Trade Show and you cannot attend, we shall gladly refund the registration fee for you and your staff.
